* 4 - 12 years of strong experience in Java, J2EE with Spring or Hibernate
* Java Basics, JDBC, Collection Framework, Apache Commons Framework (Struts 1.1, JSP, Servlet, EJB 2.1)
* Prior experience on Web Sphere 6.1 (Deploying apps, configure JMS queues, DB Connection Pools and monitoring some internal objects)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Basic Linux commands for monitoring file
