Unlike B-town stars, T-town superstars are reluctant to tie up with corporate houses and sign binding contracts with them. It is reliably learnt that hotshot Pawan Kalyan has vetoed a proposal from Reliance Entertainment to join hands for his upcoming film Shadow. The production company R.K. Media, which had tied up with Warner Bros for their film Anagana Oka Dheerudu, had thought of teaming up with the Bollywood corporate house — but their plans went awry.
“The Telugu production house had discussions with executives from Reliance and arrived at an agreement in principle, but gave up the offer when Pawan Kalyan decided against it,” says a source.
Except for Mahesh Babu and Vishnu Manchu, most of the T-town stars are wary about working with corporate honchos; but still, corporate houses are in no mood to give up and keep tapping the doors of star-studded houses
